The Approach

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Most high achievers are running on parts of themselves they have never examined. The inner critic. The perfectionist. The part that learned early that rest equals failure. IFS helps you understand your internal system so you can lead from your core self, not from fear.
Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO)
This is IFS applied to relationships. If your drive for success is creating distance at home, we use IFIO to understand the parts showing up in your closest relationships and rebuild connection from the inside.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
The gold standard for understanding emotional bonds. EFT helps us identify the negative cycle you keep falling into, whether with a partner or within yourself, and interrupt it at the root.
Gottman Method
Based on over 40 years of research on what makes relationships work. I am a Gottman Seven Principles Certified Trainer. We use this framework to strengthen friendship, manage conflict, and build shared meaning in your life and relationships.
The Pass Go Regulation Method™
My proprietary framework: Regulate. Repair. Reconnect. You learn to calm your nervous system before you react, go back and own your part when things go wrong, and build daily practices of real connection. This is the through-line in everything we do together.
Somatic and Nervous System Work
Your body keeps score whether you want it to or not. We use somatic techniques to help you recognize when your nervous system is hijacking your responses, and build a regulation practice that actually sticks.
