You Do Not Need a Diagnosis. You Need a Plan.

You are functioning. You are doing your job. You are showing up for your family.
But you feel stuck. Your marriage feels like a business partnership. Your work is bleeding into your home. Your identity has completely shifted since you became a parent. You and your partner barely talk anymore.
That is not something you need therapy for. You need someone to help you think through it.
That is what coaching is.
Who Coaching Is For
Coaching is not therapy. You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need to be in crisis.
You need coaching if:
- You have a goal you want to reach (improve communication, return to work after parental leave, navigate a career transition)
- You want real tools and strategies, not just talk
- You are ready to make changes and need accountability
- You want someone to help you think clearly about a complex situation
- Your relationship is functioning but needs an upgrade
- You are struggling with burnout and do not know where to start
Coaching works for:
- Professionals navigating career transitions or burnout
- Couples who want to improve communication and connection
- High-achieving parents managing the mental load
- Partners returning to work after parental leave
- Anyone at a major life crossroads who wants real guidance
If you have a diagnosable mental health condition like depression or anxiety, therapy might be a better fit. If you are not sure, let us talk.

Therapy vs. Coaching: Which Is Right for You?
Therapy is for when you have a condition. Postpartum depression. Anxiety disorder. Trauma response. Therapy is medical in nature. It addresses diagnosis and symptoms.
Coaching is for when you are functioning but stuck. You do not have a diagnosis. You have a situation. You want tools and forward movement.
What if I have both? Some people need therapy first, then move to coaching once stable. Some people do both at the same time.
Not sure which one you need? During your free 15-minute consultation, we will talk about what you are experiencing. I will recommend the best path.
How Coaching Works
Phase 1: The Consultation (15 minutes, free). We talk. You tell me what is going on. I answer your questions. We see if we are a good fit.
Phase 2: The First Session (90 minutes). We dig deeper. I ask about your history, your relationship, your work, your values. We start building your plan.
Phase 3: Ongoing Coaching (60-minute sessions). Choose a package: four, eight, or 12 sessions. Weekly or bi-weekly. Each session focuses on your goal.
Phase 4: Integration. After your package ends, you can add more sessions as needed. Your choice.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between your coaching and a life coach I found online?
I am an LCPC with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. I use clinical frameworks like Internal Family Systems and The Pass Go Regulation Method™. My coaching is clinical-grade. It is not just motivation and accountability. It is real skill-building.
Can I do coaching if I am also in therapy with you?
No. I only provide one service for each client. If you would like to start with coaching, then we determine that therapy is a better fit for you, I will refer you to a therapist who will fit your needs.
Can I do couples coaching if only one of us wants to?
Coaching works best when both people are in. But if your partner is hesitant, start with a solo consultation. Sometimes hearing from me that this is not therapy makes it less scary.
How long does coaching take to see results?
Most people see shifts within the first session. By the end of a four-session package, you will have new skills. By eight or 12 sessions, you will have rewired patterns.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedule with 24 hours notice. More than two cancellations in a row and we will touch base about timing.
